How to Make Cheese Pie with Vegetables

I made vegetable bread mixing easily, without kneading.
It’s good for handling leftover vegetables,
I like the taste of various vegetables.
It tastes better when it is slightly cooled than when it is very hot.

✤ Ingredient
-30g of yellow pepper
-30g of red pepper
-60g Onion
-60g green onion
-60g Potatoes
-1 Egg at room temperature
-4g (1 teaspoon) of salt
-20g sugar (2 tablespoons)
-4g (2tsp) Instant dry yeast
-200g of bread flour
-190ml of warm milk
-30g melted butter (not hot)

-140g Mozzarella cheese
-2 cherry tomatoes

✤ TIP
-You can make vegetables by exchanging them with your favorite ingredients.
-Be sure to add the green onion.
-The soft flour is the cutest.
