Cheesy Greens Bread Rolls
Ingredients—
* spinach 1 cup
* Paneer 1 cup
* Onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli
* Powdered spices
* Ginger garlic powder
* Poha half cup
* Green coriander
* Corn half cup
* Salt
* Bread slices
* Oil to deep fry

Heat oil add cumin and onion. Sauté .
Grind some blanched and boiled corn with green coriander, ginger, garlic and green chilli.
Add chopping spinach to wok with onion and next add corn ground paste. With paneer and seasoning. Add all the powdered spices and some poha to absorb extra moisture from the filling.
Filling is ready let it cool down and make small balls out of the filling, with cheese inside . Soak bread lightly with water and place the filling ball in the centre of the bread and make an oval shaped roll by rolling it between the palms. Deep fry and enjoy.
