Chicken Tikka Masala | Easy Recipe

Ingredients –
The Marinade –
1kg (2.2lb) – Chicken Thigh
1 Cup (250g) – Plain Yogurt
2 Tbsp – Minced Ginger
2 Tbsp (3 Cloves)- Minced Garlic
2 tsp – Garam Masala
1 1/2 tsp – Cumin, Ground
1 1/2 tsp – Turmeric Powder
1 tsp – Chilli Powder (Optional)
2 tsp – Sea Salt
1 tsp – Cracked Black Pepper
The Sauce –
2 Tbsp – Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp – Clarified Butter – 4
2 – Onions, Medium Sized
2 Tbsp – Minced Ginger
2 Tbsp (3 Cloves) – Minced Garlic
1 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
1 1/2 tsp – Cumin, Ground
1 tsp – Turmeric Powder
1 tsp – Coriander Seeds, Ground
400g (1 Tin) – Tomatoes, Diced
1/2 Cup (125g) – Tomato Puree (Passata)
1 1/4 Cup (310ml) – Heavy Thickened Cream
1 Tbs – Brown Sugar
1 tsp – Cracked Black Pepper
1 tsp – Sea Salt Flakes
Coriander (Cilantro) To Serve
Naan Bread To Serve
The Rice –
2 Cups (450g) – Basmati Rice
4 cups (1 Litre) – Water
