To Make Fried Soya
Soya Chunks- 100 Gms
Salt – 1 Tsp (Buy:

Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tsp (Buy: )
Corn Flour – 1/4 Cup (Buy: )
Oil For Deep Frying (Buy: )

To Make Chilli Soya
Oil – 1 Tbsp (Buy: )
Chopped Garlic – 2 Tsp
Chopped Ginger – 2 Tsp
Onion – 1 No.
Capsicum – 1 No.
Salt – 1/4 Tsp (Buy:
Pepper (Buy: )
Vinegar – 1 Tsp (Buy: )
Soy Sauce – 2 Tsp (Buy: )
Chilli Sauce – 2 Tbsp (Buy: )
Tomato Ketchup – 2 Tbsp (Buy: )
Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp (Buy: )
Corn Flour Slurry (Buy: )
Spring Onion

Method:
Step 1: Frying the soya chunks.
1. Soak the soya chunks in the hot water for 15 mins.
2. After 15mins, remove the excess water and keep it aside.
3. To the soya chunks, add salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and mix everything.
4. Now add corn flour and the mix again. Make the sure every piece is coated properly.
5. Heat some oil and deep fry the chunks in batches until they are golden brown in colour.

Step 2: Making chilli soya
6. To a pan, add oil, garlic, ginger and saute it.
7. Add onion and capsicum and saute.
8. Add salt and pepper to season the vegetables.
9. Now add vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli powder and mix everything.
10. To thick the sauce, add corn flour slurry.
11. Once the sauce is ready, add the fried soya chunks and mix.
12. Add the spring onions and mix.
13. Finish it by adding some green chillies.
