How to Make Fried Tofu with Eggs

I made a fried tofu with Chinese-style eggs.
Korean flavor was added with Gochujang
It is not difficult to do, so be sure to do it.
It’s the flavor you buy at a restaurant.

✤ Ingredients
-80g Ground pork (3 tablespoons)
-40g green onion
-1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
-300g Tofu
-2 Eggs (+ 1 pinch of salt)
-2 Shiitake mushrooms
-Sauce (see bottom)
– Starch water (see below)
– Small green onion (can be omitted)
-Sesame seeds

✤ Sauce
-1 tablespoon of soy sauce
-1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
-1 tablespoon of cooking wine (can be omitted)
-0.5 tablespoon of Gochujang (red pepper paste)
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-0.3 teaspoons of black pepper
-150ml of water

✤ Starch water
-0.5 tablespoons of starch powder (any type)
-150ml of water

-You do not need to boil for a long time with starch water. Finish when the water is sufficient for you.
