Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
Homemade chocolate buttercream frosting..

Ingredients:
120g Butter (Room temperature soften)
4 Cups of icing sugar (sifted)
4 tbsps of unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tsps of whole milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
How to make:
-First thing first is to beat the room temperature soften butter in medium-high speed for about 5-7 minutes till it becomes light & fluffy. You will see it when it becomes pale in color..Using a stand mixture is the easiest for this if not you can use a hand mixture..
-Then add cocoa powder & beat it with butter
-Then you can start adding icing sugar, you can add this is portions to get the right consistency
-Make sure to scrape side of the bowl to incorporate everything
-While adding icing sugar add vanilla extract & milk.
-I used 4 tsps of milk here, but with the consistency you want the frosting to be at the milk measurements can be changed..Adding 4 tsps gave me the perfect texture I want the frosting to be at..
This recipe I used to fill my Swiss Rolls & it came out perfect with great taste…
