Hello all my darling lovelies! Happy New Decade to us all. I hope you all had an amazing 2019! I’m so excited to share my go to Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe and this is my children’s favorite treat. Crispy edges and gooey-soft cookie in the inside. This recipe yields 10 big cookie or 20 medium sized cookie.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Butter 1 cup (220g)
brown sugar 3/4 cup (180g)
white sugar 1/2 cup (120g)
1 large egg
vanilla 1 teaspoon (5g)
all purpose flour 2 ¼ cup (280g)
baking soda 1 teaspoon (5g)
salt 1/2 teaspoon (3g)
300g of dark chocolate and milk chocolate with nuts
Chill in the freezer for 20-30 minutes before baking. You can keep the rest of the cookie dough in the freezer in an airtight container then you can bake anytime.
