INGREDIENTS:
-4 large Egg whites, room temperature
-200g Sugar, using caster sugar as it dissolves fast when beating
-1 tsp White vinegar, you can use lemon juice instead
-1 tsp Corn starch
-1 1/4 tsp Matcha powder
FRUITS:
-Strawberries
-Blackberries
-Raspberries
-Blueberries
-Golden-berries
-Few mint leaves
For the GLAZE:
-4 tbsp of Jam, I am using Fig jam (that’s what I had at home, you can use any jam Apricot, Mango, Pineapple)
-1 tsp water
BAKE:
Preheat oven to 250F/120C for about 20 minutes and bake for about 1 hours and 10 minutes.
🔴IMPORTANT: AFTER THE PAVLOVA IS BAKED, SWITCH OFF THE OVEN AND KEEP THE MERINGUE INSIDE THE OVEN TO COOL COMPLETELY. DON’T OPEN THE OVEN DOOR RIGHT AFTER ITS DONE BAKING.🔴
