45g warm milk (3 tbsp)
10g coffee powder (1 tbsp)
3 egg yolks
10g sugar (1 tbsp)
45g vegetable oil (3 tbsp)
80g cake flour (you can use all purpose flour) (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)

Coffee cream filling
100g mascarpone (1/4 cup)
40g sugar (3.5 tbsp)
250g heavy cream (1 cup)
2 tsp coffee powder
1 tbsp hot water

Cocoa powder and hazelnut for garnish
