This is a soft sponge Coffee Swiss roll covered with roasted peanuts and coated with coffee buttercream frosting..

INGREDIENTS
Coffee Sponge:
-4 Egg white (157g)
-4 Egg yolks (66g)
-1/2 Cup All purpose flour (74g)
-1/4 Cup Cocoa powder (22g)
-1/2 Cup Sugar (104g)
-1 tsp Instant Coffee
-5 tbsp of Milk (67g)
-1 tsp Vanilla extract
-2 tbsp of Oil (24g)
-1 tsp Baking powder
-1/2 tsp of Salt
Coffee buttercream frosting
-1/3 Cup Butter/soften (75g)
-2 Cup icing sugar (200g)
-2 tsp Cocoa powder
-1 tsp Instant coffee
-1/2 tbsp warm water
-2/3 Cups Dry roasted peanuts/crushed (80g)
Bake:
350F degrees (175 Celsius)
Bake for 13-15 minutes
Pan size: 15″x10″
