90g oil (1/3 cup + 1tbsp)
110g milk (1/2 cup)
2 tsp vanilla extract
165g cake flour (1.5 cup)
1/2 tsp baking powder
140g sugar (2/3 cup)

400ml cold heavy cream
40g sugar (3 tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla extract
strawberries for topping
