INGREDIENTS:
~TURMERIC GINGER HONEY BOMB RECIPE:
1 Tbsp grated turmeric OR 1 tbsp powder turmeric
1 tbsp grated ginger
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp – 1 tbsp of crushed garlic
1/4 cup Manuka Honey
DO NOT DRINK!
2 Cups of water (to boil)
Eucalyptus
1 Tbsp VapoRub
Aspirin 100mg (take 1 a day)
Ibuprofen 600mg (take 1 every 8 hours, for 10 days)
Vitamin C 1000mg
Turmeric (Take 1 every 12 hours, for 10 days)
Elderberry 3000mg
Vitamin D 500mg
