Recipe:
400g Cream Cheese
240g Whipped Cream (1 Cup)
55g Granulated sugar (1/4 Cup)
1 tsp Vanilla
NOTES:
– Cream cheese and whipped cream should be very cold
– If your frosting is not reaching stiff peaks try putting it in the fridge and whip again
– Do not overmix! Stop when you reach stiff peaks
– Use the frosting right away to pipe cupcakes or fill cakes (do not let it sit)
– This frosting sets in the fridge
