1 – Brown Onion, Diced
4 – Garlic Cloves
3g – Flat Leaf Parsley
3 – Thyme Sprigs
2 Tbsp (30ml) – Brandy
50ml – Beef Stock – w
3 Tbsp (15g) – Cracked Black Pepper
10g – Green Peppercorns
450ml – Full Fat Thickened Cream
Salt to taste
