Crispy Noodle Chicken Nuggets Recipe
I’m sharing with you how to make these crispy and delicious chicken nuggets and 3 different dips. The twist here is we’re using MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles to coat the chicken. 1 Chicken Breast
1 Packet Maggi 2 Minute Noodles
1/2 Cup Flour
4 Tbsp Oil
Cut the chicken breast into large cubes, about an inch or a few centimetres thick.
Crack the egg into one bowl, pour the flour into another along with the flavour sachet from the noodles, and add the noodles into a third.
Break the noodles up with your hands or a heavy object into small pieces. Use a fork to mix the flour and the flavouring together.
Dip each piece of chicken into the flour, then the egg, and finally the noodles.
Heat a frypan over medium heat and add your oil. Cook each chicken nugget for 2-3 minutes each side or until golden brown. Serve with your favourite sauces or dips.
