2 onions, 1 green chilli, 1/4 inch ginger, 1 sprig curry leaves, a small handful of coriander leaves, 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, a fat pinch of black pepper powder, 1 tsp pink himalayan salt, 1/2 tsp ajwain, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1/2 cup besan flour, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1.5 tbsp rice flour, curry leaves as needed, wood pressed coconut oil as needed.
