Smacked cucumber ingredients:
Mini cucumbers: 6
Salt: 2/3 tsp
Garlic: 2 big cloves
Chinese vinegar (Chinkiang vinegar): 1 tbsp
Chili oil: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 1/2 tsp
Regular soy sauce: 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil: 1 tsp
