Friends, today let’s make Crispy Veg Kulcha which is a popular recipe from the Cafe Coffee Day Menu, this tasty Indian Sandwich is similar to Chatpata Aloo Naan Recipe from Dominos but has a fluffier Kulcha, Crispier Cutlet and a fresher Dressing!

Ingredients:
Hot Water – ½ cup
Sugar – 2 tsp
Yeast – 2 tsp (instant)
Plain Flour / Maida – 2 cup
Milk powder – 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste, around 1 tsp
Butter – 2 tsp
Dry maida – 3-4 spoon to roll kulchas
For Crispy Cutlet – Poha – ½ cup
Oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 3 cloves
Green Chilli – 1 chopped
Chilli Flakes – ½ tsp
Onion – 1 chopped
Capsicum – ½ chopped
Carrot – ½ chopped
Peas – handful
Corn – handful
Salt – to taste
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Black Pepper – ½ tsp
Kasoori Methi – ½ tsp
Fresh Dhaniya – 2 tbsp
Aloo – 3 (boiled, peeled and mashed)
Maida – 3 tbsp
Corn Starch – 3 tbsp
Bread Crumbs – ½ cup
Oil to fry
Thousand Island Dressing – Mayonnaise – ½ cup
Paprika / Degi Mirch – 1 tsp
Ketchup – 2 tbsp
Cucumber Chopped Fine – 3-4 tbsp
Onions – 2 tbsp chopped fine
To Assemble & Serve –
Onions Sliced – 2
Butter – 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves
