Devil Veg Chilli Gravy Momo Recipe –
Maida 1 ½ cup
Salt – to taste
Water – to make a dough
Oil – 2 tsp
For Filling – Cabbage 1 Medium Size
Onion – 2 chopped
Ginger – 1 inch
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp for filling, 1 tbsp for greasing, 2 tbsp for cooking
For Chutney:
Tomatoes – 4
Salt – 1 tsp
Garlic – 8 cloves
Red Chilli – 6-7 (soak for less spicy)
Timmor / Sichuan Pepper – 1 tsp
For Devil Fry –
Capsicum – ½
Onion Shells – 1 medium size
Garlic – 4 tbsp chopped
Spring Onion – Whites & Greens Chopped – 2-3 tbsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
White pepper – ½ tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Sugar / Ketchup – ½ tsp sugar OR 1 tbsp Ketchup
Food Color Red – optional
Soy sauce – ½ tsp
Vinegar – ½ tsp
Water – 1 glass
Corn Starch – 2 tbsp
To Garnish – Spring Onion Greens
To Garnish – Cheese – 2 tbsp
