Dola Banana Bread Recipe
This is the easiest, softest, eggless banana bread recipe you’ll ever come across. Perfectly pairs well with Kenyan Tea..
What you’ll need:
1 1/2 Cup Mashed Bananas
3/4 Cup Condensed Milk
1 1/2 Cup Unga wa Dola Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
Vanilla Essence (optional)
Chocolate Chips (optional)
Chopped Walnuts (optional)
Method:
In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas with condensed milk until we’ll combined.
Add in flour, Baking Powder and Salt. Mix gently till all is combined. Do not over mix.
Bake at 170° preheated oven for 40 Mins or till it passes the toothpick test.
Serve with a hot cup of chai and enjoy!
