Easiest biscoff cake🍰 because we had the leftover biscoff spread from the previous recipe, so we wanted to use it for another recipe before we would just eat it by itself😅♥️

RECIPE:
Ingredients
200g biscoff spread
1 tbs baking powder
1 egg
(+ optional: some extra biscoff for the topping, around 60g)
(These measurements are for little cake- 9cm cake pan, so if you want to make bigger cake- 18cm – just double all the ingredients)

Instructions
1.combine together all the ingredients in the bowl
2.take you non stick cake pan, put baking paper on the bottom, and put the batter in the pan
3.bake in preheated oven at 160C/320F about 30min, or until toothpick comes out clean
4.topp with melted biscoff spread, and you can crush little bit of the cake crust and topp the cake with it
Note: there is a risk that the middle of the cake falls a little bit in the middle- it’s not a very big deal, just turn the cake upside down and it’s solved 😁❣️
