How to make an easy Croissant at home. With crispy and flaky texture on the outside but soft and buttery on the inside. Prepare at night and bake in the morning.
Here’s what you’ll need:
4 cups bread flour (500g)
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
2 and ¼ tsp instant yeast (7g)
1 and ½ cup milk (350ml)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (55g)
Softened butter (about 1 cup)
Eggwash :1 egg yolk and 1 tbsp milk
