Easy and Delicious SHAHZADA KEBAB

You’ll need
1 kg of cubed beef
5 eggplants
2 onions
4-5 long green peppers
5-6 cloves of garlic
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp of tomato paste
Vegetable oil
Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes.
Here’s how
1- Put 1 kg of cubed beef in a pressure cooker and cover with water.
2- Boil the meat for a while and skim off the foam.
3- Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
4- Soak 5 half peeled and cubed eggplants in salted water for 20 minutes, drain and pat them dry with a paper towel to remove any excess water. Then deep fry.
5- In a separate pan, combine 3 tbsp of vegetable oil and 2 diced onions.
6- Saute for a couple of minutes and add in 4-5 chopped long green peppers and continue to saute.
7- Add in 5-6 cloves of chopped garlic and mix.
8- Season with pepper, red pepper flakes and salt.
9- Finally add the cooked beef, mix and take it off the stove top.
10- Mix the fried eggplants with the beef in an earthenware pot.
11- Place sliced tomatoes and long green peppers on top.
12- Dissolve 1 tbsp of tomato paste with 200 ml of hot beef broth that is left from the cooked beef.
13- Pour the sauce over the pot.
14- Bake at 200°C until tomatoes and green peppers are cooked.
15- Enjoy!
