Easy Braided PUFF PASTRY
This Braided Puff Pastry looks quite fancy as if it takes a lot of time to prepare but is easier than it looks, and is perfect for an appetizer, brunch or lunch! 😍

Ingredients
Frozen puff pastry sheets ( 10cm x 10cm )
Feta cheese
Fresh parsley
To Brush
Egg yolk
Preparation
1- Take a puff pastry sheet and spread on a lightly floured surface.
2- Cut the pastry as shown.
3- Place some feta-parsley mixture on the non-cut part and cover the filling with the other non-cut part. Press gently on the sides.
4- Close the cut strips over the pastry by alternating sides until all is braided.
5- Place the pastry on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush with beaten egg yolk.
6- Bake for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated at 180°C.
7- Puff pastry is ready to serve. Enjoy!
