Easy Chocolate Caramel DESSERT CUPS
Who doesn’t love caramel and chocolate together? Annd..you don’t need to turn on the oven for this creamy gooey chocolate caramel treat!! 😍

Ingredients
800 ml of fresh milk
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
200 ml of milk cream
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp of wheat starch
80 g of dark chocolate
Preparation
1- Whisk 800 ml of fresh milk with 1 egg yolk and 3 tbsp of wheat starch in a large bowl.
2- In a small pan, melt ¾ cup of granulated sugar and continue to cook until caramelized.
3- Add in 200 ml of milk cream and dissolve the caramel by whisking.
4- Add the milk mixture and cook by whisking until boils and thickens.
5- Take half of the caramel cream in a bowl and mix with 80 g of dark chocolate.
6- Fill half of the cups with chocolate cream and the other half with caramel cream.
7- After being cooled, decorate as desired and serve.
8- Enjoy!
