Easy Fried POTATO SALAD

Ingredients
6-7 medium potatoes
1 capia pepper
1 onion
1 tbsp of finely chopped fresh parsley
Salt, red pepper flakes
Vegetable oil
Preparation
1- Soak finely sliced 6-7 potatoes in water for 10 minutes.
2- Drain, pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel and deep fry.
3- In a bowl, combine 1 sliced capia pepper, 1 sliced onion, 1 tbsp of finely chopped fresh parsley, salt and red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly.
4- Add in the fried potatoes and mix gently.
5- Pass the salad into a serving plate, drizzle with pomegranate syrup and serve.
7- Enjoy!
