Easy Lemon Cake | 2-Ingredient Condensed Milk Frosting
How to make an easy Lemon Cake With Fluffy Condensed Milk Frosting.
Here’s what you’ll need:
4 egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar (65g)
1/4 cup vegetable oil (62ml)
1 tsp vanilla (5ml)
1/4 cup water (62ml)
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice (30ml)
1 cup all purpose flour (125g)
1½ tsp baking powder (8g)
½ tsp salt (3g)
1 tsp lemon zest
4 egg whites
1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar or cream of tartar
1/3 cup sugar (65g)
Easy Condensed Milk Frosting:
1 can condensed milk (395g) chilled
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (60ml)
OVEN – Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 35 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on your oven’s specification. I’m using a conventional oven which heat rises from the bottom.
