Easy Mini Pancakes Recipe | How to Make Pancake Cereal 🥞🥣

You’ll need
1 egg
1 tbsp granulated sugar
100 ml milk
¾ cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 cup = 240 ml
Here’s how
1. Whisk together 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar using a wire whisk.
2. Add 100 ml of milk, ¾ cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tsp vanilla powder and 2 tsp of baking powder.
3. Beat until you have a smooth batter.
4. Heat a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat.
5. Drop ½ teaspoon of the batter onto the hot pan.
6. Cook until they start to bubble on top.
7. Flip with a fork and continue cooking the underside for a further minute.
8. Take off the heat and transfer your mini pancakes to a serving plate.
9. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
10. Transfer the mini pancakes to a serving bowl.
11. Top with your favorite fruits and serve your mini pancakes with honey, syrup, chocolate sauce or peanut butter or enjoy them as they are. You can also add milk.
