Easy No Yeast BUNS (with dill)

You’ll need
For the Dough
1 egg
120 ml of vegetable oil
120 ml (½ cup) of natural plain yogurt
Fresh dill
2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of salt
About 2,5 cups of all purpose flour
To Brush
1 egg
Here’s how
1- In a large bowl, gather 1 egg, 120 ml of vegetable oil, 120 ml of plain yogurt, some chopped fresh dill, 2 tsp of baking powder and 1 tsp of salt and add in approximately 2,5 cups of flour gradually. Just keep on kneading until the dough is soft to the touch.
2- Take walnut sized pieces from the dough and roll into balls.
3- Place the balls on a parchment lined baking tray.
4- Brush with egg yolk and bake for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated at 180°C.
5- Buns with dill are ready to serve.
6- With these ingredients, we had 15 buns.
