+Ingredients
4 russet potatoes (chopped)
¼ cup beef broth
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp basil (chopped) – optional
2 tbsp butter
2 cup onions (chopped)
1 cup corn
2 cup carrots & peas mix
1 lb ground meat (turkey/beef)
1-2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp liquid aminos/ soy sauce
Salt and Pepper (as needed)
+Garnish
Chives
Sour cream
