1 cup sugar (200g)
1 tbsp baking powder (14g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
3/4 cup unsalted butter (150g)
3 large eggs
1 cup full cream milk (250ml)
1/4 cup oil (60ml)
1/2 tbsp vanilla seed paste or extract (7ml)
Bake in a preheated oven at 170C/340F for 30-35 minutes.
