Eggless No-Bake Biscuit Cake Recipe – Only 3 Ingredients
This 3-ingredient biscuit & pudding cake is one of the easiest treat you could ever make when you are craving for something sweet!

You’ll need

150 g chocolate pudding mix
750 ml milk
20 tea biscuits
20 tea biscuits with cocoa

Here’s how

1- Firstly, in a pot, mix together 150 g of chocolate pudding mix with 750 ml of milk.
2- Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until thickens.
3- Take a biscuit and spread it with a little pudding, and let it stand upright on its edge.
4- Now take a biscuit with cocoa, spread it with the pudding as well, and place it alongside and sandwich together.
5- Continue layering with pudding mixture and remaining biscuits to form a log.
6- Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the biscuit log to cover. Put 2 tbsp of pudding aside to cover the two sides of the log later.
7- Place in the fridge for minimum of 2 hours to set.
8- Take it out of the fridge and loosen the sides with a knife.
9- Carefully release and remove the springform pan.
10- Cover the sides with the pudding that you set aside earlier.
11- Slice the cake diagonally to make wedge shapes. Make sure to wipe the knife between each and every cut to keep the cake as neat as possible.
12- Delicious biscuit cake is ready to serve! You can garnish with toppings of your choice. Hope you enjoy!
