INGREDIENTS:
-150g (1 Cup) All purpose flour
-150g (1 1/2cup) Sugar
-236ml (1 cup-US) Whole milk (full fat)
-90ml Vegetable oil (1/3 cup+1 tbsp)
-1 tbsp White Vinegar (You can substitute Lemon juice for vinegar)
-1tsp Vanilla extract
-1 tsp Baking Powder
-1/2 tsp Baking Soda
-1/4 tsp Salt
Pan:
8 inch round baking pan
Bake:
325F degrees (165C) for 30-35 minutes
