Fluffy Hokkaido Milk Buns
How to make the lightest and fluffiest Hokkaido Milk Buns.

Here’s what you’ll need:
For the TANGZHONG:
2 tbsp. all purpose flour (20g)
1/2 cup whole milk (125ml)

DOUGH:
1/2 cup evaporated milk (125ml)
1 large egg
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
2 and 1/2 cups of all purpose flour (312g)
2 and 1/4 tsp instant yeast (7g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (55g).

Egg wash: 1 egg + 2 tbsp. milk

PORTUGUESE:

1 colher de chá de sal (5g)
1/4 xícara de manteiga sem sal (55g).

Lavagem de ovos: 1 ovo + 2 colheres de sopa. leite

2 ملعقة كبيرة. دقيق لجميع الأغراض (20 جرام)
1/2 كوب حليب كامل الدسم (125 مل)

عجينة:
1/2 كوب حليب مبخر (125 مل)
1 بيضة كبيرة
1/4 كوب سكر (50 جرام)
2 و 1/2 كوب دقيق لجميع الأغراض (312 جرام)
2 و 1/4 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة فورية (7 جم)
1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح (5 جم)
1/4 كوب زبدة غير مملحة (55 جم).

غسل البيض: 1 بيضة + 2 ملعقة كبيرة. حليب

1/4 tazza di burro non salato (55 g).

Lavaggio delle uova: 1 uovo + 2 cucchiai. latte

MALAY:
Cara membuat Roti Susu Hokkaido yang paling ringan dan gebu.

Inilah yang anda perlukan:
Untuk TANGZHONG:
2 sudu besar tepung serba guna (20g)
1/2 cawan susu keseluruhan (125ml)

BERGANDA:
1/2 cawan susu sejat (125ml)
1 biji telur besar
1/4 cawan gula (50g)
2 dan 1/2 cawan tepung serba guna (312g)
2 dan 1/4 sudu kecil yis segera (7g)
1 sudu kecil garam (5g)
1/4 cawan mentega tanpa garam (55g).

Cuci telur: 1 telur + 2 sudu besar. susu

~Bake in a preheated oven at 180C(350F). Please adjust baking time according to your oven specs. To ensure even cooking, make sure the oven is fully preheated before inserting dishes, and rotate the dishes halfway through.
~Please note that the texture of your dough depends on the protein content of the flour you are using. If you find it too dry, you can add a tablespoon of milk at a time. If it’s too sticky you can add flour until you can handle the texture.
