If you need a fast, fool-proof elegant dessert, this is the recipe for you! It’s a combination of leche flan or custard and coconut macaroons!
CUSTAROONS
YIELD : 1 Dozen
Ingredients:
4 egg yolk
2 whole eggs
1/4 Cup melted butter
1/2 Cup dessicated coconut
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Big Can Alaska Condensed Yellow Can
1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
Directions:
1. Mix Everything until well combined
2. Put 1/4 cup of batter on each cupcake liner. Make sure to mix your batter on every scoop
3. Bake in baine marie at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
4. Let it cool on wire rack before chilling
5. Enjoy!
