🔻Air Fryer Steak Bites
1 pound steaks, cut into 1” cubes, pat dry (rib eye, tri-tip and New York strip)
8 oz mushrooms, halved
1/2 sliced onion
Marinade in:
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce (or teriyaki)
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Air fry at 400°F for 9-12 minutes

🔻Potato Chip Chicken
1 pound chicken tenders/cutlets or pounded chicken breasts
Egg wash (1-2 eggs w/ water)
Crushed KETTLE BRAND chips (approx 1 cup)
Optional seasonings (garlic, parsley, italian seasoning?)
Air fry 380˚/192C for 12-16 minutes
Flip half way through cooking

🔻Copycat Cheesecake Factory Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained – add 1/4 cup minced onions, 1/4 cup pickle relish, 1 tablespoon worcestershire, then add cheese (6 slices of american cheese) and stir until melted/blended – set aside and let cool slightly.
Spring roll wrappers (egg roll wrappers?) –
Egg wash

Scoop approximately a third of a cup of the mixture onto center of the spring roll wrapper and spread out to form a small rectangle that stops about an inch and a half away from the left and right edges. Using a brush, apply the egg wash across the top of wrapper. Fold over the left and right sides of the wrapper and then roll from the bottom towards the top, allowing the egg wash to seal the roll.

SPECIAL SAUCE:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons pickle relish
A splash or two red wine vinegar
A pinch of garlic powder
A pinch of onion powder
Place seam-side down. Lightly spray with oil and cook at: 380˚ for 5-8 minutes or until lightly browned, rotating half way through cooking

🔻Air Fryer Zucchini Boats
1 pound ground beef/turkey, cooked with
1 onion and 1/2 tsp italian seasoning, salt and pepper
Add Prego (24 oz)
2 medium zucchini – cut in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds. Mist with oil and S&P. Cook at 380˚/192C for 8-10 minutes until cooked through (may need longer???)
Fill zucchini with meat sauce and air fry for 1-2 min more… top with mozz cheese (optional)
