Freezer Tour—and a bit more🌻
Although seldom spoken of, our freezer can be a repository for the convenience that we want in our kitchen. For the food that we can wisely purchase in quantity well before it is needed, and for prepared food that makes sense to create in bulk allowing us to simply defrost a second or third meal from it. My freezers save me hours of time and effort.
Having been asked to talk about how I use my freezer I go through what is in it, why it’s in there, and what I do with it. Having two freezers—one in the house and the other in the garage—I do a bit of a detour through my garden and with a quick glance at my husband’s music studio.
