Fresh roasted tomatillo salsa #shorts
I grow a ton of tomatillos in my garden, and this fresh salsa is a great way to enjoy them!
– 1 1/2 lbs tomatillos
– 1/2 small onion
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1 jalapeño, chopped
– 1/2 bunch cilantro
– 1 tsp salt
– juice of 1 lime
