• 1 cabbage
• green onions
• oyster sauce
• 2 tbsp starch
• dry flour
Boil cabbage leaves for 10 seconds.
Grind pork in a blender. Add chopped green onions, ginger, egg, sauces, salt, spices, starch and mix everything.
Put the ground-meat on a cabbage leaf and form a roll. Steam for 15 minutes.
Mix flour with water and salt. Pour the beaten egg onto the rolls. Bread in flour. Dip each roll into the batter. Deep-fry.
