FOR THE CHICKEN
3 LB CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
1 QT buttermilk
30g or 1.5 TBSP SALT
5g or 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
5g or 1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
MARINATE 4-24 HRS
FOR THE BREADING
425 or ROUGH 3 C. AP FLOUR
5g SALT
8g or about 1.5 TSP PAPRIKA
8g or abour 1.5 TSP BLACK PEPPER
6g or about 1 TSP ONION POWDER
6g GARLIC or about 1 TSP POWDER
4g BAKING SODA
