INGREDIENTS:
-280ml (1 cup+3 tbsp) Milk, warm to touch(105-115F temperature to activate the yeast)
-45g (3 tbsp) Sugar
-6g (2 tsp) Active dry yeast
-1/2 tsp Salt
-42g(3 tbsp) butter, melted (I am using salted butter)
-400g (3 cups+1/3 cup) All-purpose flour (Using 1cup=120g)
GARLIC SPREAD
-4-6 Cloves of garlic
-60g (4 tbsp) butter, slightly melted
-Chopped parsley
-30g (2 tbsp) butter, melted to brush at the end
BAKE:
Preheat oven to 350F/180C degrees for about 20 minutes. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top of the buns turn golden brown
