**In some countries its called SHRIMP and some its called PRAWNS. Both refer to the same seafood
As I have mentioned this is a really easy recipe, but before you start making the shrimp have all the ingredients near you.. You have to keep a very close eye on shrimp/prawns when its on the stove and add other ingredients within minutes..Main thing to keep in mind is to avoid overcooking Shrimp which will leads to a rubbery texture. You have to toss and turn shrimp and cook in high heat and lower the heat eventually to get the perfect texture..This takes about 5 minutes to make and you will end up having a super soft, juicy delicious shrimps..
You can eat them with rice, pasta or even with bread..
INGREDIENTS:
– 10 (175g) Large Shrimp/Prawns
– 4-5 Garlic cloves chopped/diced
– 1/2 Cup chopped parsley
– Salt for taste
– Pepper
– Lemon Zest
– 1/2 of a Lemon Juice
– 1 Tsp Chili flakes
– 2 Tbsp Olive oil
– 2 Tbsp of cold butter
– 2-3 Tbsp of water (for the sauce or else add another 2-3 Tbsps of butter)
