  1. I love Pizzer!!

  2. I am looking to step up from my 12" Fyra to a larger oven and think I will go with propane or a multi-fuel. I have had my best results getting the stone very hot, then backing off the flame a bit so the top doesn't burn before the bottom cooks. I imagine that would be easier with gas. While wood is warm and immensely satisfying, it takes some effort and if you're watching the fire outside, making the pizza inside, you can feel like a one-armed juggler trying to make multiple pies while managing the fire. My kitchen usually looks like a pizza bomb went off by the time I'm done. LOL. BTW, you have an amazingly soothing voice. You could read the phone book and it would be relaxing 🙂
