Gluten Free Pizza Crust | Socca | CookedbyCass
Hey! In this video we’ll make socca flat bread in the cast iron skillet. You can enjoy this flatbread as it or use it as the base for your gluten free pizza! In about 10 minutes you too can be enjoying this warm flatbread from the comfort of your home. YUM!
+Ingredient
1- 1 1/4 cup cup Garbanzo/Chickpea flour
1 cup water
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp rosemary
1 tablespoons Zaatar
1/4 tsp basil
+Garnish
Parsley (dried)
Pizza toppings and bake again with newly added toppings (@350 for 5-10 mins)
