Ingredients
Daliya Salad:
• 1/2 cup Daliya
• 1 cup Broth
• 1 tbsp Pine Nuts
• 1 tbsp Almonds
• 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 cup Onion
• Green Chillies
• 1 Bell Pepper
• 1/2 cup Tomatoes
• 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
• Salt To Taste
• Lemon Juice
• 1 tbsp Dried Apricots/Cranberries/Raisins
• 5 sprigs Coriander Leaves
Method
1. Take a saucepan, pour in a cup of vegetable broth and Bring it to a boil.
2. Add some salt according to taste, oil and half cup of daliya.
3. Cook with a closed lid until the water is completely absorbed.
4. Check it with fork and once it is done cool it completely.
5. Take the cooked daliya in a large bowl, add a cup of bell peppers, chopped tomatoes, onions, spring onions, chopped green chillies and Mix it together.
6. Put some pine nuts, dried cranberries, almonds and black pepper powder.
7. Add salt to taste, lemon juice as per taste, olive oil and fresh coriander leaves.
8. Mix it well and it’s Ready to Eat!
