Homemade Corn Chips – Three Ways
Today I am making corn chips from scratch at Deep South Texas. I am actually making three batches. One with corn meal, one with masa, and one with corn meal from the corn I grew in my garden. Step by step directions on how to make these. the recipe I used is below. I recommend the masa.

1 cup masa
1/4 tsp salt
5 oz 190 F water
1 quart corn oil heated to 350 F
