3 tbsp honey (45g)
2 and ¼ tsp instant yeast (7g)
3 cup all purpose flour (375g)
2 tbsp sugar (30g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/3 cup softened butter (70g) (unsalted)
Eggwash: 1 egg + 2 tbsp milk
