Hot And Buttery Honey Glazed Buns With Bursting Filling!
How to make a supersoft Honey Glazed Buns. So yummy, hot and buttery with cream cheese filling. Make your own bread at home with no preservatives.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 large egg
3 tbsp sugar (45g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
2 tbsp honey (25g)
3 cups all purpose flour (375g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/4 cup butter, unsalted (55g)
80 grams of cream cheese (cubed into 5 grams each)
Eggwash:1 egg + 2 tbsp milk
sesame seeds
Honey Glaze:
1/4 cup melted butter, salted (60ml)
3 tbsp honey (45g)
