How To Make An EGGLESS Milk Bread
Hello darlings! Here’s the egg-less version of my MILK BREAD recipe. Soft and fluffy kind of milk bread. I hope you will love this recipe as much as you loved the my Milk Bread Loaf.

Here’s what you’ll need:
3&½ cup all purpose flour (437g)
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
1 teaspoon salt (5g)
2¼ teaspoon instant yeast (7g)
1 cup whole milk (250ml)
1/2 cup yogurt (122g)
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter (50g)
Egg wash: 1 egg + 2 tbsp milk (optional-the eggwashing is for video purposes only)

PORTUGUESE:
Aqui está o que você precisa:
3 e ½ xícara de farinha multiuso (437g)
1/4 xícara de açúcar (50g)
1 colher de chá de sal (5g)
2¼ colher de chá de fermento instantâneo (7g)
1 xícara de leite integral (250ml)
1/2 xícara de iogurte (122g)
4 colheres de sopa de manteiga sem sal (50g)
Lavagem de ovo: 1 ovo + 2 colheres de sopa de leite (batido)

ARABIC:
إليك ما ستحتاجه:
3 و كوب دقيق لجميع الأغراض (437 جرام)
1/4 كوب سكر (50 جرام)
1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح (5 جم)
2¼ ملعقة صغيرة خميرة فورية (7 جرام)
1 كوب حليب كامل الدسم (250 مل)
1/2 كوب زبادي (122 جم)
4 ملاعق كبيرة من الزبدة غير المملحة (50 جم)
غسل البيض: 1 بيضة + 2 ملعقة كبيرة لبن (مخفوق)

SPANISH:
Esto es lo que necesitará:
3 y ½ taza de harina para todo uso (437g)
1/4 taza de azúcar (50 g)
1 cucharadita de sal (5 g)
2¼ cucharadita de levadura instantánea (7 g)
1 taza de leche entera (250 ml)
1/2 taza de yogur (122 g)
4 cucharadas de mantequilla sin sal (50g)
Lavado de huevo: 1 huevo + 2 cucharadas de leche (batida)

HINDI:
यहाँ आप की आवश्यकता होगी:
3 & all कप सभी उद्देश्य आटा (437 ग्राम)
1/4 कप चीनी (50 ग्राम)
1 चम्मच नमक (5 ग्राम)
2 चम्मच तत्काल खमीर (7 ग्राम)
1 कप पूरे दूध (250 मि.ली.)
1/2 कप दही (122 ग्राम)
अनसाल्टेड मक्खन के 4 बड़े चम्मच (50 ग्राम)
अंडा धोएं: 1 अंडा + 2 चम्मच दूध (पीटा)

OVEN – Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Baking time may vary depending on your oven’s specifications. I’m using a conventional oven which heat rises from the bottom.

YEAST – Active dry yeast and instant yeast both help leaven bread and provide an airy, light texture, but they do so in slightly different ways and there’s one major difference in how you use them: Active dry yeast needs to be dissolved in water before using, while instant yeast can be mixed right into dry ingredients.
