What a numpty all wrong as the instructional manual say hold do the lever until you hear a buzzing sound + to maximise the amount of gas from the cylinder HD down until the buzzing sound then bring the lever halfway + press down again until you hear the buzzing sound 👍 as other people have mentioned you should NEVER carbonate anything but only Water 💧 add flavours afterwards and into your glass otherwise syrup and other flavours will probably go into the nozzle and damage the value stopping the Carbonator 3 from working and sending it back to aarke not want you want to do

Just buy soda stream don't buy that $300 unit
You should not add the "flavor" into the bottle as it is not dishwasher safe, unless you love hand washing plastic bottle.
